My CrossFit Vegetarian Diet

As I’ve been posting in my Twitter feed, I am following a strict Crossfit Vegetarian diet. What’s my trick? I eat the same thing almost everyday! I’ve been doing this for a few months. Some of you might think that’s insane, and that you’d get  tired of eating the same thing everyday. But the trick is find something that you really love to it, and if you truly love it, you’ll never get tired of it.

I found this trick watching Fiona’s channel. She’s a new Youtuber and she posts new videos everyday. Honestly, watching this video was a game changer for me. A lot of my failures diet wise was due to the fact that it’s so hard to figure out what to eat every day. It’s honestly exhausting. But following her idea, eating is so simple now.
